I am so in love with this project and the cool thing is it's made of all paper!  Beautiful colors of Sea Glass, Juniper, Sweet Leaf, Fern, New England Ivy, shiny Gold, White and wood grain patterned papers. 

The roses are made of white paper but I chose to sponge mine with Sorbet ink for a soft coral color.  The succulents are sponged with Fern, New England Ivy, Sea Glass and Juniper.

Happy Mail!

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I always try to do it all!  The shopping, baking, cards, homemade gifts, entertaining, not to mention the everyday tasks we all keep up with.   All of that makes for a stressed out Super Holiday Woman.  That was me!  So to keep a little of my sanity in December, I gave myself permission to send out New Years cards instead of Christmas cards 

to my CTMH team.  

44 cards went out last week.  Whew!  

I would guess they've arrived to the recipients by now, so here are the pics!

I used a bunch of fun CTMH products, of course.  The card bases were from a retired card kit. 

The Colonial White cardstock was embossed with the Chevron Embossing Folder and topped off with some sweet Cricut cuts using the CTMH Exclusive Cartridge - Flower Market.

Hello Lovely January Stamp of the Month

January's Stamp of the Month "Adore You" is oh so pretty!  The new Hello Lovely paper and a bit of Sea Glass Glitter paper are all that's needed for subtle accents to this simple card design.  

A little soft coloring with the Watercolor Pencils and Blending Pen,  Gold Shimmer Brush, White and Gold Twine, and a few Clear Sparkles complete this pretty card.

Oh Deer, I Will Miss This Paper!

 It's almost Christmas and it's almost time to say goodbye to this gorgeous winter paper pack.  Sniff, sniff.  I have to say, Oh Deer is my favorite wintery Christmas paper we have ever had with Close to My Heart.  I will truly miss it!  

This is a fun and easy style of card called a Z Card.  Looks complicated, but it's not at all.  We made this as one of our Holiday Workshop projects this year.  It was a favorite with everyone who attended!

I love how these cheerful Christmas cards came together!  Bright Cranberry and Willow Close To My Heart papers and inks make them festive and fun!  Add some sparkly White Glitter paper and Red Enamel Gems and you're ready for the Ho Ho Holidays!  

Last night at my annual Christmas Card Class we used the Workshop Your Way Happy Holidays Cardmaking Kit....but with a twist!  I added my own touches to some of the suggested designs and created one of my own designs using 

the super cute Santa zip strip.  

We made 15 cards total: 3 of each of the 5 designs.
