Here's a card that got me reminiscing about my high school typing class. Oh, the memories! Inky fingers from the ribbon, White Out, eraser pencils with a little brush on the end to wipe away the eraser particles, and practice, practice, practice! I'm enjoying the ease of today's computers and printers!
I made this card yesterday for a workshop and it was FAST and FUN! The CTMH Artistry Cricut Cartridge has some really cool shapes and this little typewriter is really cute the way the layers go together. Use the Bonding Memories Glue Pen to easily adhere the layers.
Here's the Artistry booklet page 7 showing the Typewriter shapes. I made the cuts at 3 1/4".
Cardstock colors used for the 4 layers
from left to right:
Black, Glacier, White, Whisper.
Supplies:
CTMH Artistry Cricut Collection
Zoe Paper Pack, Whisper Cardstock
Black Stamp Pad, Bonding Memories Glue Pen
Black Shimmer Trim, Silver Sequins
Retired Stamp Set: S1504 Typed Note
I have the same memories, now that you have reminded me of them, great card, fun memories.I am scraplifting this one! :)
